I had asked for your contact information when we picked up our Winnebago from your service shop on Monday night. I wanted to express how pleased my husband and I were with your Customer Service Specialist, Justin Rigsby. His efforts on our behalf were impressive.

We have been owners of Altmans coaches for nearly 25 years, and have always had excellent service. What I wanted to also convey to you, as Justin's supervisor, was Justin's professionalism and diligence.

We had brought our rig in for awning replacements and an oil change, and later learned there were other issues that needed attention. Justin relayed important information to us, while we were out of town, regarding our coach. He coordinated with the warranty company and parts department to get an unexpected leak repaired in a very timely manner. Our coach was ready for pick-up on Monday night as he had promised. On top of all that, the RV was beautifully washed; what a refreshing surprise!
